NOTES:

1) Concrete quality C 20 according to

manufactory limits but the quality that
will be used is C30 according to contract
limit
2) Bearing capacity of soil = 4.9*10-2 MPA

3) Reinforcement: St-iiia ( min yield strength fy=420 MPA)

St-i ( for stirrups and reinforcement used in leveling concrete)

4) Unless otherwise stated, all dimensions are in cm

5)The foundation should be erected on
undisturbed earth; the surface of the soil must be
well compacted, if need ,shall make compaction
test with compaction not less than 90%
6) Standards : ASTM 615 / IS s45:1984 for test method and ACI 318 for Design
7) Foundation shall be coating with three layers of emulsified and
bituminous material , thickness of coating shall not be less than 2mm
8) Excavation line angle can be lowered depending on the soil condition.
9) For the foundation backfilling should be clayed soil, soil
backfilling by layers with thickness 300mm, soil sampling and result
acquirement the relevant specification standard.
10) The towers for 33KV line should be constructed of steel latticed frames
entirely galvanized by the hot dip process and completely assembled by bolts
and nuts on the site.
All steel parts, sections, gussets, fish-plates, bolts, nuts, washers, cross-arms
etc. shall be galvanized by the hot dip process, the galvanization shall be done
in accordance with the requirement of the (ASTM) specification in particular.
11) In the BU. area, foundations lower than water table, 300 mm Boulders layer
shall be used under the foundations if needed.
