As a sign of courtesy, first, allow us to greet you a pleasant day. We the Jeepney Operators on
the West Coast of the City, asking your help to solve our problem, regarding picking and loading
passenger in front of the City Public Market. It is because we had personal meeting with Police
Major RAYMOND SAMSON; Chief Traffic Division with some Jeepney Operators and we
come up with the idea that no Jeepney service should be allowed to pick-up and load passenger
in the said placed. However, as of these moments there are still Jeepney making turno on the said
prohibited area, which result many losses especially drivers and on the part of the operators.

We are requesting your kind help to implement what was agreed in the meeting with Police
Major RAYMOND SAMSON as soonest possible time.

We the undersigned, suggest to please assign one police personnel on the said place just to
preempt Jeepney drivers concerned, especially on this pandemic situation.
