• My role on the team was to be responsible for
monitoring progress and ensuring that the team
is keeping to schedule. I would monitor progress
by asking our assignment submitter if they had
turned in our assignments. I checked our
progress on what we had to get done by creating
a google sheet and making it into a team
schedule where I would write out all the
assignments that we had to do and the progress
of them such as “Done” or “In progress” to inform
my teammates. Also, I would add the dates
assignments were posted and when they were
due that way everyone had an understanding
and would simply check on our team schedule
and see what needed to be worked on and what
was already completed and that is how we
managed our workload, by making sure we
turned in our assignments on time.

one day it just hit me and I was like why

Effective Collaboration ReliaQuest. The reason I thought it was
the best way since it was such a popular
platform and something that I liked to

• Stories can be written, or they can be
marketing tool which is said on many
recorded (provide links) websites. I did a lot of research on this
solution, which ended up being one of
our solutions.

A time I used engaging communication with
my teammates was when I was trying to
figure out what our podcast cover art would
be. So we were on zoom and I decided to
share my screen and then went through
multiple photos and layouts and I asked them
which ones they liked and which ones they
did not so we could narrow down our final
covert art, we agreed on the cover art
together because that itself can be a
challenge. Engaging Communication with my
teammates felt comfortable while discussing
my cover art ideas. I also communicated on
how we would promote the podcast on social
media platforms like Instagram, Linkedin, and
Youtube. By making sure I discussed that we
couldn't rely on word of mouth because it had
to reach everyone.
A time I used critical and analytic
thinking within my consultancy
project was analyzing the problem
given to us and what ReliaQuest
needed our help with so I would
review the problem and see what
the possible solutions would solve
the issue and would also point back
to our consultancy question. By
analytic thinking, it helps me make
sure everything tied back into the
company culture and values which
were key factors in finding the best
possible solution.
 What is the biggest lesson you learned on this
consultancy? How?
The biggest lesson I learned on this consultancy was
team collaboration because it is such an important skill
to have in order for a team to be successful. My team
and I communicated polite and friendly although it was
virtually, it helped us get our work done and provide our
coaches with an amazing solution to their problem.

SENIOR CONSULTANCY IF I COULD TURN BACK TIME…

• If I had the opportunity to do this The one thing that I’d do

consultancy again, the one thing I’d do
differently is… differently is being more detailed
• And why? when speaking on my slides so
that everyone could grasp our
idea and even though I felt
confident in the way I presented, I
felt like there was a little more
room for a better presentation
like being more detailed and really
sell our solution.

MID-YEAR COLLEGE/CAREER UPDATE
I've applied to Georgia Gwinnett
College(GGC)and Georgia State
University(GSU) and I'm waiting to
hear back from them, also Im
going to apply to three more
colleges this week and hopefully
hear back from them in January.
I've applied for FAFSA so I'm
waiting to see for how much I
qualify for each school.

• Has this experience inspired you to learn
more about a specific industry or career
path?
• If so, elaborate on your new interests.
No, even though the cybersecurity
field is growing and it seems like a
cool job to have like being apart of
my consulting ReliaQuest, I am still
set with my original career path
and the cybersecurity field is not
really in my interests for a career
path or that I see myself in.
