Integration

You are about to enter the grit training gate. You will be challenged. Your
limits will be stretched.

And, it might surprise you, to learn just how much you are capable of.

What to Expect?
 Next week will be full of grit training.
 You will learn about six types of grit and how to train them
independently. (Note: four types will be trained next week, then the rest will
be trained on Week 5)
 Your level of preparation will determine your success in the grit
training.
 It will only be the beginning. How you are going to use what you
learn in the weeks ahead, and even after the Quest has finished, is what
matters the most.

What to Prepare for Grit Week?

Do this today and/or tomorrow:

1. Revisit your motivation, MTP, and HHG

2. Ensure you have an accountability partner in an accountability group.
Ideally, they are within the Habit of Ferocity Tribe. Alternatively, invite
someone close to you to do the training together.
3. Schedule a short chat with your partner to explore your intention and
motives further. Discuss your current or potential hurdles.
4. Plan a quick daily catch up next week to keep each other accountable.
5. Check your Companion Handbook (attached) to learn more details.

Suggestions:
 Do not expect perfection.
 Schedule your grit exercises wisely.
 Use your journal to track progress, personal calendar, and alarm as
reminders.
 It is important to experiment and to experience these grit exercises as
soon as possible.

Actions for Today

1. Catch up on the content you’ve missed out.
2. Prepare and get ready for your Week 4.

Share and support each other

 Share your thoughts with the Tribe.

 Want to support more people? Invite those who don’t have an
accountability partner to join your group.
