2.) With gently rolling terrain highly elevated safe and flood free area;

3.) With the most reasonable selling price at P550.00 per sqm.;

4.) And certified and validated genuine property documents;

5.) And also with sufficient number of applicant/homepartners verified and approved thru Pag-IBIG Fund Matrix Form.
The factors that will greatly influence the growth in value and the progress of the area where the proposed housing site is located are the following:

1. The ongoing massive road-widening (30 meters per lane) project of Department of Public Works & Highway (DPWH) on the stretch of “Marcos
