1 All fees & costs are subject to 10% VAT acccording to Indonesia's Government Regulation .
2 Agents to be prefunded 100% for any request for Bunkering of Fuel Oil, Diesel Oil or lubs prior to delivery.
3 Agents to be prefunded 100% for any request for CTM (Cash to Master) delivery - available in IDR only
4 All final invoice will be sent upon billing. FDA will be issued in IDR currency or USD equivalent.
5 Other items arrangement not included in the cost tariff will be agreed and quoted prior to activity.
6 Any arrangement costs with no official receipt will ask for approval with principal in advance.
7 All 3rd party invoices including port charges will be charged with 5% service fee.
