PROBABLE CAUSE AFFIDAVIT: (specify probable cause for each charge)

Before Me, the undersigned authority personally appeared J. Fabian who being duly sworn, alleges, on the information
and belief, that on the 28 day of April , 2021 , in Marion County, Florida, the defendant did:

committed the above-listed offense(s) to wit;

On April 28, 2021, I, Agent Fabian of the Unified Drug Enforcement Strike Team (UDEST) executed a residential search
warrant for a residence located at 1785 Northeast 35th Street, Ocala, Florida. The search warrant was signed by the honorable
Judge J. McCune on April 22, 2021.

After, the clearing of the residence by the Ocala Police Department SWAT team it was learned that the residence was
unoccupied. Search of residence began shortly after said clearing and following items where located in the (northwest master
bedroom)

-.5 gram of brown powdery substance (fentanyl- positive field test) on dresser in a green container
- 1 gram of brown powdery substance (fentanyl- positive field test) in plastic container within the medicine cabinet
-4 grams of green leafy substance (marijuana-positive field test) in plastic baggie on nightstand of room

While searching the northwest master bedroom UDEST agents where able to locate multiple items (check book, vehicle title,
driver license, and photos) with the defendants Sherrie Holiday name and address. Said items proves that the defendant
maintains domain and ownership over the northwest bedroom.

During the search of the southwest bedroom UDEST agents located a large amount of narcotics was located along with items
that are regularly used for the sale of narcotics.

On April 29, 2021, Lieutenant Curtis and I located the defendant at the residence (1785 NE 35th Street) who was read her
Miranda rights. Post-Miranda the defendant stated that she is currently abusing opiates and last used the day before. She
stated that she was unaware of the marijuana that was found on the nightstand. The defendant stated that she was unaware of
any of the narcotics that was located in the southwest bedroom, but did state that she is the owner of the residence.

Based on the items located in the northwest that proved ownership of nw bedroom and statements made by the defendant she
was placed under arrest and transported to the MCJ.
