This two-days activity aims to educate the Cinco Manufacturing Co. employees about the
proper knowledge in interpersonal skills and communication skills and how to handle
conflicts misunderstanding within the company.
For the Workforce/Administrative Personnel to perform their roles during the Planning
Stage. They must to their best to ensure that the goal and the objectives will be implemented.
Proponents: HR Manager, Supervisor, Staff, etc.
