    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Delivery
     1-3 weeks from the date of receiving the advance payment
     Extra 1 week for installation and activation
     Payment Terms: Advance Quarterly Payment (via NACH) within 30 days of starting a quarter

    NOTE
     All components will have Parkwheels Branding. Main branding includes Parkwheels LED Board on RFID Pole
     Minimum 3 years of contract (lock-in period)
     Extra charges to be borne by client in case of mishandling of equipment by guards or due to any other external
    force.
