Any deviation from Carter’s Quality Standards which is sufficient to render the
merchandise, second quality or unacceptable because it is obvious and/or may
affect the salability or serviceability and/or is a significant deviation from a Buyer’s
specification.
Bất cứ sự khác biệt nào so với Tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của Carter’s dẫn tới sự trả

Major: Anything adversely affecting 1) appearance 2) fit, 3) serviceability, 4)
customer appeal or, 5) merchandising, during sale or wear to a degree that
would provide a customer or buyer with justification1) not to buy, 2) to return
garment, 3) to issue complaint,4) to make repair or alteration, or 5) not to re-buy
A garment Carter’s would desire to 1) 2nd, 2) repair, 3) re-size, 4) refinish or, 5)
repackage prior to shipment
