Scene 1 = Driveway opening up to the house (drone shot)

Scene 4 = Outside chapel driveway
Scene 14 = Priest walking towards the door
Scene 16 = Priest leaving
Scene 35 = Actor 1 entering the car
Lighting Information:
Since this is an outdoor area to shoot it, it will
be heavily reliant on the weather and time of
day for shooting.
Sound Information:
Sound will be coming from wild animals such as
birds, deer cars etc. This will add for good wild
sound and will make my production stronger in
realism.
Power Information
There isn’t much power available, sockets wise.
But I know that they have a couple of
generators from one of the centres, so if
needed I could grab some power from external
lighting etc…
Solutions:
I’ll need to make sure I choose a good day to
shoot with no rain and preferably a cloudy day
to allow lighting to be even. However if It is
sunny I can look to diffuse the sunlight to be
able to eliminate the harsh shadows from the
sunlight.
Solutions:
If wind becomes an Issue, I can look into
making sure that my boom operator has a dead
cat to put onto the boom mic in order to try
and eliminate wind.
Solutions:
In order to grab power from one of the
generators I’ll need to make sure I can get the
right extension cords so I can run them into the
chapel. However I can also bring some more
battery powered equipment to make it more
practical and easier to set up some lighting.
Hazards
Hazards will include cars when shooting
outside, any extension wires from the power
generators and then any production equipment
can be trip hazards, such as peli-cases, tripods,
c-stands etc…
Solutions:
In order to make sure these are covered I need
to look into having a supervisor so they can
watch over the production and make sure
people are safe when they are on shoot. This
also includes the use of covid tests to make
sure that everyone is safe.
