 Title of the SIP Report: Comparative study between Online & Offline
Shopping
 Area of the SIP Report: This report looked at the major differences in
demographics, technology use, availability, and consumer attitudes
between online and offline consumer groups.
 Objective of the SIP Report: The aim of this study is to give an
impression of the online shopping decision-making process by
contrasting offline and online decision-making and identifying the
factors that drive customers to choose between online and offline
shopping.
 Description of the SIP Report in brief: The study tries to define and
advance a paradigm that discusses consumers' value perceptions of
online shopping versus offline shopping. Online and offline buyer or
consumer findings can be contrasted to see how value is generated in
both channels. It's either to find out what drives online and offline
decision-making. Risk of purchase; delivery of product varies from
purchasing the product; delivery time is very slow; consistency is all
factors that influence online shopping. Bargaining, time spent shopping,
and a limited range of options are all factors that influence direct
shopping.
