CONTRACT EXTENSION AGREEMENT

This Extension Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and effective the 21st July 2017

BETWEEN: Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance

Company Limited, corporation organized with Its head office located at
2nd Floor, Orchid Business Park, Sector-48, Sohna Road, Gurgaon-
122018, Haryana (India).

AND: Netcore Solutions Pvt Ltd, a corporation organized with its head
office located at 304, Tulsiani Chambers, Free Press Journal Marg, 212
Nariman Point, Mumbai -400021, Maharashtra.

In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this agreement, the parties agree as follows:

WHEREIN said Agreement expires on __________, and the parties desire to extend and continue said
Agreement; it is provided that said Agreement shall be extended for an additional term of __________,
commencing upon the expiration of the original term expiring on __________.

This Extension Agreement shall be on the same terms and conditions except as amended above all other
provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall carry the same meaning and
continue to be binding on the parties.
