TABLET REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE CARAVAN

1. In cooperation with SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS PHIL. This is to inform the field

that the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER VAN will be accommodating all Technical
service support requirement by the schools and student recipients of the LGU
issued Samsung Tablets.
2. The Following schools will be visited by the SAMSUNG repair service vehicle (van)
on the dates specified for their districts

3. Maintenance and repair services will be provided for ALL Samsung Tablets
provided by the LGU; Servicing Hours shall be from 9:00 am to 4: 00 pm. Service
is FREE of charge while repairs which requires replacement parts shall be
charged to the Tablet user.
4. All designated schools are reminded to impose ALL Health standards provided by
the DOH / IATF relative to the current Quarantine classification.
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of the contents of this Memorandum is
desired.
