We have chosen HP company to research and analyze the operations strategy

adopted by the firm.

The dataset and literature to be used in report will include Statista, NYSE HPQ
ticker, Audited Financial statements, and Annual Reports and brochures by
www.hp.com .
Further additions in the literature source would be acknowledged.

We will try an implement the following frameworks –

1- SWOT analysis
2- PESTEL analysis
3- VRIO framework
4- BCG matrix
5- Porters Five Forces

We will also update the above list based on frameworks and tools learnt during
the course.

The study also focusses on how Innovation has been a competitive advantage for
HP and has helped it in maintaining the top position in the industry.

Bottlenecks as well as risks faced by HP during COVID-19 crisis, and if any

strategies followed or shared in public domain by HP and/or peers during the
same.

The report will also consist of Challenges faced and possible suggestions as well
as recommendations based on our analysis and literature learned during the
course.
