Cashless OPD card

iHealth Card
A first of its kind concept
 Cashless OPD valid for 1 year
 No copay, sublimit or deductions
 For Employees (E), Employee-Spouse-Children (ESC) and Employee-
Spouse-Children-Parents (ESCP)
 The card allows cashless GP & Specialist consultation along with
Diagnostics (all pathology related, Sonography and ECG) in select
network
 15 consultations/ Doctor home visits / 2nd opinion on cashless basis –
free of cost
 INR 1000 diagnostics on cashless basis – free of cost

• Average General Physician Consultation is around 500.
• 15 Consultations will be of INR 7,500(for you & your family* )
• Diagnostics of INR 1,000 free on cashless basis
• Total benefits of INR 8,500
