company
Jan 01th-2018 To Tasks and responsibilities:
Dec 30th-2018
 Supervise and monitor the project water supply and other activities under the
CBP Project in east region.
 Conducting effective assessments and studies based on the project
requirements as per signed PPA.
 Ensure that the projects implementation carried out based on the approved
agreement and PPA with stakeholder and donor following a holistic approach.
 Monthly quarter and daily reporting to the Project Manager based on the
agreed PPA.
  Collection of required data in close collaboration with the relevant staff and
stakeholders to develop project reports.
 To attend coordination meetings in close collaboration with the program
manager.
 To ensure the security policy and procedure are applied in the field level.
 Project identification preparing of technical survey in planned projects areas
and prepare future projections as well.
 Monitor and technical supervision and coach staff during visits to site.
 Suggest and assist project manager to conduct training at field level as
necessary and appropriate.
 To ensure that the progress reports is matching the actual achievements on
the ground.
 Collation and analysis of assessment data (through surveys assessment and
web statistics interviews case studies and reports) and analyzed against
outcomes to draw out learning and implications.
 Triangulation of findings using different types of data and analysis of trends
over time.

 Review of technical irrigation projects survey.
 Walkthrough of irrigation schemes
Jan 21st – Feb20th  Design of the irrigation scheme
-2019  Design of different hydraulic structures (culvert, siphon, aqueduct…)
 Spot checking of project implementation.
 Provide weekly reports of the projects design and planning.

Task and responsibilities:
 An intern at this level I worked under a senior and more experienced officer in
the performance of his duties pertaining to the Department.

Feb -1 -2019--  Technical Hydrological analysis of Hazar Naw Stream through NRCS-CN
Jun- 24th -2019 (Natural Resources conservation service-curve number) method and hydraulic
design the watershed topographical map prepared by GIS. Was approved and
evaluated positively by the professors of the Engineering Faculty at NU.
