Pickup & Delivery - Lead Shopping associate – one of the first associates to be trained on new
mobile/handheld technologies and associated processes. Helped streamline processes to enhance
delivery experience. Management delegate and go to person for quick resolution of pick-up
related issues; mentored new hires.

CDH/Cashier. Promoted as Cashier Department Head (CDH). Responsible for staff


rotation/breaks and scheduling during my shift. Received number of customer appreciation spot
awards and management commendations.
