This week at the Health Initiative, I participated in many meetings and was able to go
into the office on Friday. We had a staff meeting this week. I met with Sarah, who is in
charge of the No Kids Hungry project, and we talked about the duties that I would be
participating in. I worked on excel a lot this week and worked on the No Kids Hungry
Project. On Friday, we went into the office, and I started making phone calls to people in
the Massena district and filled out a survey with the people who answered.

b) Include your reactions to these activities and your clients and peers.
I had another great week at the Health Initiative. I worked on the No Kids Hungry project
this week and attended meetings. It was nice to go into the office on Friday and meet
some other coworkers. We call over 300 parents and ask them if they have filled out a
survey, and if they haven’t, we ask them if they would like to fill it out, and we proceed to
fill it out. Most people do not answer, so I have to leave a message. It is interesting to
hear what people have to say about it.

c) Were you supervised during these activities?

1. If yes, describe the supervision and include your reaction to your supervisor
and supervision.

2. If no, describe your activities when you were not supervised and your reactions.

I was not supervised when I was working on my tasks because it is virtual, but my supervisor
