Meetings, meeting minutes, emails, went into the office, and had a busy week!

a) Describe your activities in some detail.


Throughout this week, I worked on my meeting minutes, attended their staff meeting,
met with the website committee, went into the office to scan documents, worked on
auditing files, and took minutes for another CDSME meeting.

b) Include your reactions to these activities and your clients and peers.
I had another fantastic week at the Health Initiative. It was a busy week for me at the
Health Initiative. The staff meeting is always nice to listen to and see what is happening.
Since I am not in person, it is nice to hear about everything. I was able to attend their
website committee meeting, and I was assigned tasks. I am excited to help them with
these tasks. It was nice to go into the office with my supervisor and help scan a lot of
documents. It took almost the whole day, but it kept me busy. I enjoyed my week at the
health initiative.

I was not supervised when I was working on my tasks because it is virtual, but my supervisor
does review everything I send back to her.

3. What did you expect to learn through these activities?


I expected to learn about the website committee and the tasks I needed to complete.

Through all of these activities, I have learned how to make edits on their new website
and help them with that.

I cannot identify any, but I think there is always opportunity for improvement.

5. What activities do you expect to be engaged in during the next 40 hours of internship work?
Throughout the next week, I will expect to be engaged in fixing my meeting minutes and
working on the website.
6. What do you expect to learn during the activities of the next 40 hours of internship work?
I will learn more about what is happening with the website and other things that my
supervisor will provide.

7. What do you WANT to learn? Have you communicated this to your supervisor?
I want to learn about all the documents that we scanned and what she is doing with it all
and I have communicated this to my supervisor.
