Ability to set on-hand amounts directly

 You can directly set the on-hand amount, instead of adjusting inventory counts using the +/- feature
 Click Admin>Inventory
 Click the pencil icon and make edits
 Choose Set on-hand directly to indicate the quantity currently in stock.
 Note: if you choose Set on-hand directly, the quantity prior to the change will not display

 Confirmation emails for new appointments
 Confirmation emails will be sent for appointments scheduled in Rhapsody and through the
kiosk/online scheduler
 To enable, go to Practices and click on the practice logo. Click Appointment communications and
turn on Auto email for new appointments toggle. Click Save.

 Create vaccine and rabies certificates without creating a SOAP
 From patient record, click Share and choose Proof of vaccination or Rabies certificate

VetCove CSV import for inventory receiving
 If using VetCove, you can download your order from the VetCove portal and upload directly into
Rhapsody
 Click New shipment>Upload VetCove .csv
 Choose the correct .csv file to begin the import
