My Jollibee Review
Jollibee is the largest fast food chain in the Philippines, with over 1150 branches
nationwide. Jollibee was founded by Tony Tan and his family, with it’s humble beginning as
an “Ice Cream Parlor” and eventually grow into an emerging global brand. The jollibee was
founded at Quezon City in January 28, 1978 and the first franchised outlet of Jollibee opened
in Santa Cruz, Manila in 1979.
For me Jollibee is the best fast food here in Philippines. I always went to Jollibee
every time my mother received her monthly payment. I really love jollibee especially when I
was a child because it is my favorite. Jollibee is a place that give me joy every time I went
there. I know that jollibee is one of the famous fast food in the world but even though jollibee
is almost perfect but there are still things that they must improve so that they will be the best
of all the best.
In Jollibee, so far I really love there dishes because there dishes taste good that’s
why jollibee is my favorite fast food chain. On the other hand some branches of jollibee is very
noisy that’s why some customers cannot relaxed while eating there foods, but so far I loved
the odor inside the jollibee because it will make you more hungry. Some waiters and waitress
in jollibee is not so friendly and not smiling specially the guards it looks like they are so stress
but even though they are not so friendly but I really appreciate there hard work just to make
there customers feel the joy because “joy” is there number one goal. So far in jollibee they
able to serve the food efficiently because they have lots of choices some are expensive but most
of them are affordable. In cleanliness some branches are not so clean but most of them are
well managed.
The things that I can recommend to jollibee is to stay where they are , manage there
restaurant better, and the most of all keep to achieve there goal in every single customer and
let the joy spread.
Overall I want to give Jollibee (a fast food chain restaurant) a humble 5 star.
