I’ve wrote more on productive behaviors.
2. Identify the emotion where you had more productive behaviors. Which emotion did you
have more destructive behaviors?
Happy emotion is where I had more productive behaviors.
3. Are you more likely to have positive emotions or negative emotions? Explain your
answer
As much as possible I prefer to have positive emotions and outlook in my every situation.
I think about it and find out that I myself definitely get a right and good product when
doing things in a positive way.
4. How do your emotions influence your sense of self?
Emotions rooted on me and always affect my self’s actions. In this case, my emotions can
lead to good and bad outcomes. When I feel happy, excited, and inspired most of my acts
leads to a right way and otherwise when I feel sad, afraid, and angry. But in this activity,
I learn something that make sense. Even if it is positive and negative emotions, you can
still have the same behaviors that may affect your sense of self. Aggression and tension
still in there and without moderation on all things it will cause trouble.
