    2. Educational Qualification : Literate
    3. No of Workers Required : 15
    4. Period of Work : 1 Year
    5. Age Range : 35-50 years old
    6. Gender : Male
    7. Basic Salary (with USD) : Per Month Amount $500
    8. Weekly Working Days :6
    9. Working Hours : Daily 8 working hours
    10. Rest Day : 1(One)
    11. Leave and Holiday : Major holidays only
    12. Overtime : a. Hours (2 hours) b. Payment $5 per hour
    13. If any festival bonus : One festive bonus during Eid-ul Fitri
    14. Food : Catered for by company
    15. Accommodation : Provided by company
    16. Medical Benefits : Provided by company
    17. Insurance Coverage : Provided by company

    The workers on request are going to work at a newly established mining


    site in a semi-remote area where main activities shall be mining &
    exploration. Given there is skills shortfall in our country we recommend
