    1. From your understanding about the case, do you think initiatives that Amazon took to mitigate
    employee dissatisfaction are capable enough to ensure employee satisfaction? Do you have any
    specific recommendation for them? Explain.

    2. As we all know about the devastating effect of Covid-19 in Business, what strategies should
    company like Amazon, Microsoft, IBM follow in regard to HR practices. From your side how
    they should help with HR strategy to achieve overall strategy in post pandemic era. How they
    should align HR strategy with overall strategy of the organization.
