WHAT’S MORE
WHAT I CAN DO
In accordance to the health protocols implemented by the government ever since the start of the pandemic in
order to help lessen the spread of the virus, people are encouraged to stay at home. Most especially now that the IATF
announced that our Region is in strict quarantine protocol and my parents are required to work from home. We spent most
of the time chatting since we eat together during meals. We are all also inclined in music so during our free time, we turn
our karaoke on and started to sing. Every weekend, we usually clean the house and start decorating it with new DIY
stuffs.

PERFORMANCE TASKS
WHAT’S MORE
1. Have you gone to camping, whether in school, in church or with family? Share your experience.
Yes. In my elementary days, I am active joining extra-curricular activities, including there is the GSP
activities that I really enjoyed. As far as I can remember, it’s a 4-day camping in the Camp Mariang Makiling at
Los Banos, Laguna. I remember being the leader of our group, I didn’t know I will able to do it since I am not really
good in starting conversations and directing. They just simply noticed that I am well-prepared in making our team
flag, as well as the yell. Unexpectedly, we won a lot of awards and being a part of that achievement is my
achievement as well. Being able to share my talent and ideas to them will be the most memorable experience I
had.
2. Did you find enjoyment in the activity? What lesson/s did you learn from this activity? Write your observations
below.
The best part of joining such activities is not just about the enjoyment of going out your hom, there’s more
to it that we barely noticed. The fact that you’ll learn how to socialize with the other campers and be able to
express yourself and your talent. You will also learn how to be discipline and step out of your comfort zone. You’ll
be able to adapt others good practice in communicating and sharing thoughts as well as they will get or gain
something from you as well. Good thing that I decided to join such activities because I could say that it helped me
improve my leadership and social skills.

Keeping hydrated every day is important for many reasons: it helps to regulate body temperature, keep

enough water also helps us to improves our sleep quality, cognition and mood. Water is important to our health
because it can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause our

2. Which among the positions are you doing while asleep? Why?
I usually fell asleep with position C, hugging a pillow and just facing one side of the bed. I always sleep of
the left part of the bed and not on the middle because I am used to having my sister beside me, but now we both have
different room. And I think I feel comfortable hugging a pillow because it feels like someone is beside me.

3. Describe your sleeping pattern. Is there any improvement? What lessons did you learn from this activity?
Write your observations below.
My sleeping pattern is constant, I usually wakes up when it’s 8 A.M because I usually set an alarm
because I need to feed my dogs and do some house chores. I think there’s no improvement at all but I still get
enough numbers of sleep most of the time. I observe that my body is used to waking up at a specific time that
sometimes I woke up first before my alarm would rang. In addition, I learned that we all do have different body
clock, that even though I sleep late at night I still get enough sleep. I think it’s just a sense of time
management to be able to do things on time and at the same time having enough rest, because as for me
night time is the most productive time where I can do my module that’s why I often do it at night.
