- Quote for jackets(navy blue) and jumpsuits( royal blue), waiting on secondary quote from mike

- Stickers for conferences
- Glen has backup stickers incase we don’t get nay
- Shane has ideas for stickers gear and orbit with school name
- AGM going hot
- WIE memorial....sometime December

- Keep a lookout from shane marketing and design initiatives

Hanbooks, have been handing them out going slow if you want to help that would be good

Fee Protocol
Mats and Krista meet with brad and Vicki, concern was with the price, mats sent an email to them with
other schools cheaper then all other schools, proposed amount 20 dollars, 10 dollars a semester was our
quote

Other engsocs

20-25 dollars, max 80 dollars queen, so 10-80 dollars range

20 dollars a year is our proposed amount most engsocs have a fee

We need to justify what we are using the money for

SA will still give us money

Sports

- Howsan has jerseys Janelle is getting them

- Talk to SA about hockey jersey shirts, do we buy them or make the people by them

- Update on engsoc and what we are doing
