Talk to EngSoc is up and running where students can ask questions or give questions to EngSoc

Exotic Car Club:

Looking to host photo scavenger hunt on Dec 5

Karl:
Hockey Game this Saturday, winning team gets to pick which organization all money goes
Janelle – should put up a MyCampus announcement about date and time

SAE:
Open House on Saturday
Unveiling of 2010 car on Nov 13 at 2:00pm

Suggestions:
Slacking on advertisements, should get more word out about EngSoc and other events.
Picture of the week is a good idea, but takes about 3 weeks to get picture up.
Calendar requests to Joanna and Kerry, Plasma Screens, Posters.
Submit new logo to MyCampus picture of the week.
Open House:
Nov 6, Set-up at 9:30am, goes till about 3pm
EngSoc will have a table
Execs should make an attempt to show up.
Janelle and Glen will be there to represent EngSoc

Relay for Life:

Have the minimum number of members
7pm – 7am
Build competition will take place at same time
$10 to register

Fee Protocol:
Current Tally – 120 people voted; 60% support
Mats, Krista, Janelle are writing proposal; execs need to vote on that by Friday
Glen – looks like too much is going to Clubs; could be reason why people say no
Some students worried that it’s $15 now and will just get bigger.
