MY ROUTINE: From Monday to Sunday, i usually get up at 7am brush my teeth, have a

shower and then dress in comfortable clothes. After I get dressed, i sweep and mop the
floor and clean the bathroom. It usually takes me an hour to do these cleaning jobs. By
8.30, i am hungry and like to have scrambled eggs and crackers or arepa for my breakfast.
Sometimes, at 10 am, i have cereal and yoghurt. After that, i dress well and sit down to
work on my computer. At 1 pm, it is time for my lunch and i like to eat roast meat with fried
green banana, rice, salad and to drink strawberry juice. After lunch, i work on my
computer until 5 pm. After I finish working on my computer, i like to talk on the phone to my
parents and to chat with my friends. I love to play soccer and sometimes in the afternoons,
I join my team to play soccer...
Playing soccer is the thing i like doing most. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, i participate
in youth meetings at my church and this is from 7.30 to 8.30 pm. Because of the
quarantine restrictions, we meet together via the zoom app. On Sunday nights, i like to
relax and watch movies on Netflix with my friend who shares the apartment with me. We
like to potato chips, coca cola, and pie. We have a great time doing this but sometimes we
make healthy meals for ourselves instead of just snack food. I also like to eat in
restaurants and relax in the park but because of the quarantine, i am not able to go out
much. During the week, my dinner is coffee with bread and spaghetti with cheese. I like to
exercise every evening from 9pm until 10.15 and after a rest for half an hour i have a bath
and after put on my pyjamas ready for bed. When I get into bed, i go on the social
networks on my phone listen to audio books and fall into a deep sleep. i don't like staying
up late.
