I. Identifying Information
a. Project Title: Renovation of Hand Washing Facilities

II. General Information

a. Description: The main goal in this project is to provide the learners of Kawit Oriental
Integrated School an additional faucets of the existing handwashing facility. It will focus
on additional five faucets, putting tiles and roofing. This project will help every pupil to
do their handwashing comfortable.
b. Management level of the Project: School -Based

c. Delivery Mode:

The project materials will be delivered by the supplier upon payment and a contract of
service will be made for the civil works (laborer) who will work on the said project.
d. Rationale:
Handwashing is one of the most effective ways to prevent transmission of decease.
Once children return to school after the COVID-19 crisis, the additional faucets will help
cater more pupils to maintain and follow health protocols in handwashing.

To make sure all our learners safe from contamination of viruses and bacteria that
detrimental to their health.
To promote health measures in the school as mandated by the government.

I. Monitoring & Evaluation Plan:

The school principal together with the school inspection officer shall be in-charge in the
monitoring of the undergoing project. When it will be done, the division engineer
together with the division inspection team will evaluate the implementation of the said
project.
