Speech Draft about Education

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. Good morning to the respected teachers,

parents and my dear friends.

First of all, I'd like to extend my sincere gratitude to the organizing committee who
has given me this opportunity to deliver a speech on the topic "The Importance of Education
in Our Life".

I want to give a speech on the importance of education, about which all the people present
here know about it. Education. What comes first into our mind once you hear this word? How
important is it? What is its purpose in our life, in our country’s future? Who has the right to
avail this and on what way could it be conducted properly? Everyone must know the deeper
meaning of this word. We must be aware of its components and aspects especially because,
this is a process of getting knowledge about anything which is required for the people. So,

Firstly, let us first address the matter of what is Education?

By definition, Education is the systematic mode via which students are instructed, and
imparted knowledge in a school, college or any other institutional organisation. This is the
theoretical definition of what the term Education implies. However, in practice, Education
encompasses a holistic and wholesome training and development of an individual. Education
is how an individual possesses knowledge about various aspects in life, becomes empowered
and acquires the ability to think freely and uniquely. Right,

My second part will concern about how the importance of education is. As I mentioned
earlier, Education plays a very important role in everyone's life. It is very important to get
proper education in the same way as the healthy body needs food to achieve success and
happiness. It is very necessary to live a great and better life. It provides physical and mental
standards by developing a person's personality, and changes the level of living of the people.

Now, To the third part I deal with the question of What is the purpose of education in our life,
and in our country’s future?

Well, now ...

The first thing that strikes me about education is knowledge gain. Education gives us a
knowledge of the world around us and changes it into something better. It develops in us a
perspective of looking at life. It helps us build opinions and have points of view on things in
life. People debate over the subject of whether education is the only thing that gives
knowledge. Some say education is the process of gaining information about the surrounding
world while knowledge is something very different. They are right. But then again,
information cannot be converted into knowledge without education. Education makes us
capable of interpreting things, among other things. It is not just about lessons in textbooks.
But it is about the lessons of life.
The quality of education is certainly very important for the younger generation. Our
generation of youth are going to be the ones to lead the country forward. When young people
do not get adequate high-quality education, then we will be left behind other nations.

The function of education is certainly very clear. By improving education, we will be able to
strengthen our nation’s future. Currently, getting hired for a job is very difficult. If you do not
have a strong educational background, you will be unable to compete with other job seekers.
The better your education level is, the better the salary you will receive, that will allow you to
have a higher standard of living. So, the key to the future is to some extent education.
Education not only serves to prepare graduates for a job. Education trains our abilities and
skills in dealing with problems and helps people solve them in a way that is fast and precise.

Right then,

In conclusion, I would like to express that education is the key element of everyone’s life
today. Education has the value that helps in making people valuable and full of knowledge.
Education is necessary for the growth of life for everyone. It has the same value for everyone
equally. Everyone is having the right to learn. Without education, life can become so difficult
and hard to survive.
