1 potato $0.59 My critique of the $10 Challenge video
3 Broccoli crowns $1.49 I think that the video was good but I also think that 1 Red Onion $0.59 Instead of the one boy only buying fruits and veggies 1 Garlic $0.50 he should also show other foods that are nutrient 1 can Sardines $0.69 dense. I feel this way because I know eating the 1 can tuna $0.75 same fruits and veggies all the time can get boring 1 can tuna $0.75 and you need to mix it up a little bit plus if there are new people like me just starting to eat Healthier, I Organic sunflower seeds $2.29 need to know what other foods are nutrient dense Brown Flax seeds $1.19 that I can eat. I also liked that you can maximize Yogurt Pretzels $1.00 heathier foods for less money. Other ways to compare food choices other than the weight of the food. 1. Cost of the food 2. How the food is prepared (whether its fresh or frozen and if you cook it or just reheat it)
