Guidelines:
1. Teachers will accomplish daily the Accomplishment Report as Daily Time Record (DTR).
2. Teachers must send daily a soft copy of the output either thru the school email account or
capturing the image of DLP (picture) through FB Group of their respective school as
proof that the teacher is accomplishing the daily tasks assigned to him/her.
3. The final copy of the target deliverable for the week shall be sent every Friday to the school
head.
4. For teachers who do not have computers or laptops at home, they can go to the school to
use the resources of the school with strict observance to social distancing. However, if the
teachers are not still allowed to go to school, the teachers can submit handwritten output
to the school head via picture to be posted in their FB account as a proof of daily
accomplishment.
5. School Heads must maintain an e-logbook (using goggle sheet or other means) of details
of daily submission of teachers to include the date of submission, copy of the output,
competency number.
6. The DLPs shall undergo quality assurance by the designated SQAT.
7. The PSDSs monitor the e-logbook of the school heads via FB or other means of
online platforms.
8. School Heads shall be in charge of the printing of the DLP. They can opt for in
house printing or outsourcing. The expenses shall be charged against the school’s
MOOE and canteen funds.
9. In the distribution of DLPs to learners the following guidelines shall be observed:
a. Printed DLPs shall be distributed following the timeline set. Parents/learners will
be properly informed through different modes of information dissemination.
b. The school head must prepare the schedule for the distribution of the printed
DLPs to enforce social and physical distancing.
c. The printed DLPs will be placed in big boxes that are properly labeled by grade level,
by section, by subject area. These big boxes shall be placed in the schools covered
court so that learners/parents can claim their printed DLPs. A sign sheet must be
placed to indicate that the DLPs were claimed. If going to school is not possible,
school heads can place the boxes of DLPs at barangay centers where learners and
parents can easily claim their DLPs. School heads can devise alternative means of
distributing the DLPs based on their situation and considering the type of community
quarantine being implemented.
d. For higher grade levels, printed DLPs can also be supported by soft copies of DLPs
(through the distribution of flash drives) for learners with access to computers and
internet at home.
e. School heads can also send a soft copy of DLP to learners/parents who have email
addresses or FB account, if they cannot claim their printed DLPs.
10. In the retrieval of accomplished DLPs, the learners/parent can put them in DROP BOXES
that will be placed in barangay halls or other places where it will be easy for parents/
learners to submit the accomplished DLPs. Utility workers are tasked to collect all DROP
BOXES at the end of the day. The School Head shall take charge in the sorting of the
accomplished DLPs by grade level, by section, by subject area as the case maybe. The
sorted accomplishment DLPs shall be deposited in the respective homeroom of teachers
so that they can get these anytime for monitoring and assessing learners’ performance.
11. Distribution and retrieval of DLPs are not limited to the means stated in items 9 and 10.
School heads can devise other means/ modalities that can facilitate easy and safe
distribution and retrieval of materials.
