To Whom It May Concern:

I highly recommend Kelley Anne Titche to any position she is applying for. I was Ms. Titche’s
clinical instructor at the University of Arizona BSN Program Fourth Semester for the course
Transition to the Professional Nursing Role (NURS 479) and Nursing Leadership and
Management in Health Systems (NURS 478). This semester provided her opportunities to take
care of patients with high acuity nursing needs. At Tucson Medical Center, she provided care for
patients in the Mom and Baby Unit for five weeks which is equivalent to fifteen 12-hour shifts.
This rotation allowed her to improve her nursing skills, knowledge on medications and disease
processes, time management, prioritization, dealing with ethical issues, and working
independently.

As a student, I found Kelly to be an independent learner and constantly seeks for clinical
experiences that challenge her to grow in the delivery of integrative nursing care. Kelley has
excellent critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities with complex patient problems. Her
strengths include the ability to critically analyze clinical problems, excellent written and verbal
communication skills, is extremely organized, reliable, and computer literate. She excels in both
theoretical and clinical aspects of the program. In addition, she approaches her nursing care with
a genuine compassion for patients and their families. She has an impressive bedside demeanor
and it is always a pleasure to work with her.

Ms. Kelley Titche would be a tremendous asset to your institution and I recommend her to you
without reservation. If you have any further questions with regard to her background or
qualifications, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Philip P. Moya BSN, MSN/Ed, RN, CCRN-CSC
