Langkah pengerjaan

1. Lepaskan sambungan listrik power AC

2. Buka platform timbangan
3. Lakukan visual check pada platform
4. Check kondisi load cell pada platform
5. Check koneksi wire dari platform ke Display Indikator
6. Bersihkan connector-connector dan area display indicator
7. Pasang kembali platform dan display indikator
8. Lakukan pengecekan fungsi timbangan.

Masalah yang ditemukan

Pembacaan pada display timbangan menunjukan No Tare dan No signal

Ditemukan korosi pada male connector RS 232 yang bisa menyebabkan
Bad connection

Membuka wiring connection pada tiap load cell dan membersihkannya.

Ditemukan adanya kabel yang putus pada salah satu sambungan terminal
ke loadcell.
Corrective action : menyambungkan kembali kabel
 Memasang kembali dan merapikan kabel terminal ke tiap loadcell.

Melakukan auto calib timbangan.

Melakukan pengetesan fungsi timbangan>>>>>>> oke

Kesimpulan :
Perbaikan timbangan telah dilakukan dengan kesimpulan bahwa:
Kerusakan terjadi karena adanya kabel yang putus pada salah satu sambungan
loadcell, yang mengakibatkan pembacaan pada display error.
Perlu dilakukan penggantian untuk male connector RS 232,karena korosi yang
bisa menyebabkan bad contact.
Kondisi loadcell masih bagus, terbukti dengan pembacaan display masih sama
pada saat beban di simpan di salah satu sisi loadcell,
Pengetesan timbangan dilakukan berulang-ulang dengan beban yang berbeda-
beda pada tiap sisi loadcell, dan hasilnya masih akurat.
