Open GERBER & other Specification files(Read carefully)


Job>New>Select Path (Copy-paste Gerber path)>ok
Select all >Analyze> [] Keep Extension during Input> Add to Job.
Save As customer data.

2. Check all the data in correct alignment.


3. Layer Stackup
Rename every Layer and create this stack-up as PCB Layer.

 Bottom> bot- layer-outer > 1 / 2 >ʘ Bottom


similarly stack-up all layer.

4. Create score, outline & rout layer


score>extra-score
outline > extra-outline
rout> extra-rout
5. Change Extra outline properties to 0.2mm
Copy Extra outline feature to score, outline & rout layer
Change score circle properties 1.0 mm, outline properties into contour.
Temporary 2 mm for rout properties

Data Cleanup
Layer
1. Check the Skeleton view
2. Select all the dense line for making contour/filled copper.
3. Select all the tracing line for compensate copper etching 0.0125/2=0.0063mm each side.
4. Overlap with rout, score layer, and check clearance minimum 0.25 mm in routing & 0.50 mm in scoring.
Drill
1. Round off drill to nearest number…
2. Re-order drill from smaller to bigger.
3. Separate slot holes
4. Increase 0.05mm compensation every hole for single side job.
Mask
1. Check all Mask with copper & drill layer.
2. Check mask with copper layer 100µm clearance.
3. Create NPTH mask.
Silk
1. Make all line to 0.15mm.
2. Overlap with Drill layer and clip 200µm.
3. Silk on copper layer use 400µm clearance with mask pad.
4. Add date code and logo.

CP CREATION

1. Check the size of PCB.


2. Check customer demand.
3. Create & Repeat option, use no of pcb in xy direction and dimension. (Depends on customer or maximum
panel utilization).
Rout
1. Use 4/3/2 mm routing pin.
2. Create 2 mm routing path.
3. Compensate (rout tool)/2 mm.

Drill map creation:

Add : outline, Dimension, Model Name, layup, Cu area, Panel size, CP size, line width, minimum drill, etc.

Drill output:
Rout output:

Score output:

Plot:
First Copy the files in appropriate folder.
& Rename for better identification in future.

Open SmartPlot software.


Add layer\select the specific files.
