Do you think reading books is better than watching the film

versions?

I do not agree with the idea that a lot of people enjoy reading
books more than watching film versions of them. The first
reason is that the film is visual. If you want, you can watch it
with your family and friends because these movies were
made for us to watch. Then you can talk about this film with
your family and or your friends. You can be a sociable person
and you can learn lots of new things. The second reason is
that films are newer than books. Many films were made after
books, so we forgot the books. For examples, Forrest Gump
book was written by Winston Groom in 1986 but Forrest
Gump film was made in 1994 so we forgot this book. One
final reason is that watching film is easier than reading a
book. Reading books makes people tired so they want to sit
on their armchair and watch a film. Watching films makes
people feel comfortable. For these reasons, I believe that a
lot of films are better watching a lot of films is better than
reading a lot of books.
