    Subject : Positive COVID-19 Test

    We have been informed of a positive COVID-19 test for an employee who works in 13th Floor at our
    location. This employee generally works 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm. The employee’s most recent day
    at work was Monday 18/12/20. The law prevents us from telling you the identity of that co-worker,
    but we want to assure you that we will continue to support this employee as our co-worker heals
    from this virus, and we will welcome them back to join you at work once it is safe to do so.

    As a company. We have an immediate response for these events, and have implemented them here:

     We have contacted the local health department and are working cooperatively with any
    additional direction given by them.
     We are undertaking additional cleaning and sanitation protocols and will continue with our
    daily enhanced cleaning.
     We will communicate directly with co-workers known to have been in close contact with the
    individual. Current health guidelines state that people who have not been in a close contact
    with a sick person are at low risk for infection

    Please continue to practice social-distancing to the best of your abilities and good hygiene (cover
    cough/sneeze, wash hands thoroughly and often, and stay home if sick).

    We share this information in the spirit of transparency; however , we also understand this can cause
    heightened anxiety. The use of paid sick/personal time, vacation time and unpaid leave remain
    available for use for all employees concerned about beng at work. If you are feeling sick please stay
    home, let us know, and contact your healthcare provider. Monitor your health for symptoms of
