CPT: CT BRAIN WITH CONTRAST

FINDINGS:

 Normal gray and white matter differentiation.

 Ventricular chain is normal
 Extra cerebral CSF spaces are normal
 No SOL, hemorrhage, or mid line shift noted.
 Falx is in midline and normal.
 Deep periventricular and subcortical white matter appears normal.
 The brain stem, cerebellum, and basal ganglia appear normal. Bilateral CP angles are clear.
 Pituitary fossa is unremarkable.
 Visualized orbits and paranasals sinuses are unremarkable.
 The visualized bones of skull vault appear normal
 No abnormal enhancement seen after IV contrast administration.

IMPRESSION:
 Unremarkable CT brain
