AI VS HUMAN

I think Artificial Intelligence is well-known for its flexibility nowadays. Artificial Intelligence can do
and complete human’s tasks. But, people are also afraid of being replaced by the AI. AI can really
think and act like human, even AI can solve problems that human can’t solve because they provide a
lot of data that require by the human. The common perspective about AI is AI can’t feel human’s
emotion. That’s right if the thing that AI can’t do, and the biggest issue here is about the decision
making process. In my point of view, human will not be replaced by AI, because AI still needs human
to develop their data and trained to perform different tasks. Maybe there’re job field which going to
be helped by AI features but it will not going to be replaced. Human still have to control the program
and still human should prepare to face the negative effects of it or at worst, AI will take over
human’s roles.

Well, it’s true that in the future we will compete with GenZs and AI. Especially AI, there’s a
possibility that AI will cause disruption to the workplace in the future. But I think, we can’t be
defeated by technology, we must be prepared with all the skills we have and willing to
improve the current skills to be better. There are many skills that we need to improve, it’s
important to have experience because, in the workplace, learning is about how we can
practice and apply it to the current job. Somehow, AI can’t replace certain human jobs such
as decision-making and problem-solving process. We need to have a deeply thoughtful
analysis and creativity toward problems; we have to be critical thinkers because nowadays,
critical thinking can bring us to innovative ideas and solve problems also consider the
possible pros and cons of the solution. We need to change our current mindset, we have to
learn from mistakes that we’ve done before, and find the opportunity to increase our
knowledge. The important thing is curiosity, we must want to know more about something, or
in the other words, we must have a curiosity to learn new things every day. We have to
come up with valuable ideas. We also have to prepare the emotional intelligence that can
help us to express our emotions in the workplace. EQ is the one thing that AI doesn’t have, a
human can control their own emotion, show their empathy, and work with the other
employees. In case, there’s a lot of GenZ that we need to compete with; we need to have
the ability to communicate more effectively than the other people so we can deliver what we
want to deliver.
