SUBJECT : Enhanced PhilHealth Identification Card for the Non-Paying Member

(NPM)

Please be advised that effective immediately the Corporation shall be adopting a slight
modification in the design of the Non-Paying Member Identification Card issued to retirees
and pensioners qualified to join the Non-Paying Program of PhilHealth.

The enhanced ID Card has a lighter color than that of the cards previously issued. The
corporate signature on the uppermost portion has been moved to the center from left
alignment and the text revised. The phrase “Republic of the Philippines” has been deleted
and the title “Non-Paying Member” is emphasized. The center logo is enlarged and
watermarked making it now only slightly visible.

All previously issued ID cards for the Non-Paying Members shall still be honored as proof
of eligibility in availing of the PhilHealth benefits by members and dependents.

NON-PAYING MEMBER This is to certify that the person whose

photo and signature appearing on this card
MEMBERSHIP IDENTIFICATION and his/her legal dependents are bonafide
beneficiaries and are entitled to all the rights
and privileges under the National Health
Insurance Program (NHIP).

This ID must be presented when availing of

services in all PhilHealth-accredited service
providers. An Affidavit of Loss must be
presented when applying for replacement of
lost ID card.
