    Sir/Ma’am:

    Alvindia Elementary School will hold the State of the School Address and Presentation of School
    Report Card at 9:00 in the morning on March 23, 2020 which will be held at Alvindia ES Covered Area.
    This activity aims to update stakeholders on school’s current situation and other information relative to
    school’s operations.

    In view hereof, this Office would like to invite you to come on the aforementioned schedule and
    venue.

    It is hoped that with this undertaking, your continued support and cooperation to the school
    remains and be forever felt by our clientele, the learners and the whole learning community. Rest assured
    further that quality education shall always be our primordial concern.
