Sub : Complain Product Mist Bottle Code QW-50

To whom it may concern

In this case I will submit a complaint regarding the Mist Bottle Code QW-50, where a case
occurred in the packaging of this product, the following case occurred;

1. The bottle explodes when the bottle is in the hands of the buyer, following the
picture;

2. The bottle exploded during the product launch event, the bottle was in the box when
it exploded, with a loud enough sound and destroyed the box, following the picture;

3. There was a leak of 3 bottles during the product launching event, where the bottle
cannot be sprayed even though the gas has been rotated and entered into the
bottle.

We are very disappointed in the case that happened to us regarding this bottle, because this
has embarrassed us in front of the media and our customers.

We strongly ask the parties concerned to be able to investigate and take responsibility for
this incident.

as additional information

I have sent this bottle of evidence to Mr Tahar as a partner to be sent to Guangzhou.
