Dear Madam,

With due respect I am delighted to notify you that I have successfully completed my 3 months'
internship at Rancon Motorbikes Limited, under the supervision of Bablu Chandra Das, Territory
Manager. The subject of my internship report is Perception towards commercial vehicles in
Rancon Motorbikes Limited as a requirement for internship program. I have done my internship
at Rancon Motorbikes Limited as a Content Intern for three months (October 29 – January 29). I
have tried to achieve the goal of this course. I have tried to follow all the instructions given to me
by my supervisor and I am really thankful to you Ma’am for your all kinds of support and helpful
instructions during the survey and in the process of writing this report. During my internship, I get
to know how the Sales and marketing management department works, which is a core, part of
Rancon Motorbikes Limited. Moreover, during my internship I tried to explore the whole
organization and gather my experience of working with several departments as well. Therefore it
helped me a lot to get to know that how other department operates. Thank you for giving me

Executive Summary
The main purpose of this study is to identify consumer the Customer Perception towards

Commercial Vehicles in Rancon Motorbikes Limited -A Study on Cumilla City. The study is

carried out to understand consumer’s perception towards social ecommerce in Fanfare Bangladesh

which was carried on Dhaka city. The research covers 50 social Ecommerce uses of Dhaka city

belonging various age groups, occupation and income pattern. The most visible thing in this study

in that most of the commercial bike users are 22-35 agers and they are satisfied with this

commercial bike. During my survey period I faced a number of problems. Since the study is

conducted inside Cumilla City, I failed to collect opinion from other districts people. Time

limitation is another factor here. Because of this factor there is a chance that information’s might

be wrong in some cases. But I tried to maintain accuracy. Less experience also impacts on making

a standard report. The report helps to measure the perception level of motorbike uses, their true

experience while using motorbikes, problems they face with service issues. The report also

provides a clear idea about how a bike importer firm operates there activities. The study is

completely new and the report I prepared is fully different from others. The main purpose of

preparing this report is to provide meaningful insights about Customer Perception towards

Commercial Vehicles in Rancon Motorbikes Limited and its operations. It will also help to

understand which benefits consumers can get by using Suzuki bikes.
