1. That he has a criminal case in Laoag, Ilocos Sur, to attend on the aforementioned date,
which was very much earlier set for trial than this civil case, reason for which he may not
be able to attend this civil case;
2. That this motion is not intended for delay, much less to take for granted or disobey the
legal processes of this Honorable Court.
WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the hearing set on May 05, 2021 be reset to
another day preferably on the third week of May 2021 or at the convenience of this
Honorable Court.
