Preface

Training Manual – Dynamics 365 Unified Interface Implementation


It is beauty of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 that it captures the eyes of its users from the first step of
a process till the end result. This training manual is written with the core concept of ‘Train the trainer’.
You will be directed from system overview to the scope of this document and introduction of basic core
features of the updated version of system. The training items are based on scenario based and roles based
use cases. This document will provide you 360 o opportunity to learn and master the overall updated
version of Dynamics 365 implementation of end to end solution of PTCL sales process.

customer or create new customer
