Assignment #1 Concept Map
Based on the shared video, do the following;

1. Create a Concept Map on the importance of the integration of technology in teaching and
learning.
2. Present your output in a form of slide presentation (make it concise for 5-7minutes
presentation)
3. Be able to follow the rubrics of this assignment.
Assignment #2: Reflection

"Technology as one of the Keys to Success"

Right when I was born Technology has been there. Technology is


everywhere, it helped the human race to be more productive. It lessens
our works in everyday life, in work, in school and even in our kitchens.
Now, in midst of Covid-19, Technology Integration rose up again.
Whereas it became the number one solution in Education to pursue
student's studies to avoid getting the virus or to create more unnecessary
harm to humans. Technology created a bridge to improve Teachers and
student’s collaboration, it made it more advance or high tech. Like, on
the Advancement of Communication in where you can just easily
disseminate information through emails, texts etc. Also, you can
FaceTime with the students virtually. To teachers, technology lessen
their works especially in grading and more. To students it improves
their critical thinking because when it comes to technology example
computers everything you see in there is colorful in where students can
focus their attention in it and after it, they can justify, analyze and
evaluate.
In conclusion, the lesson "Technology Integration in Instruction"
made my thoughts more secure, it adds more contexts and lessen the
doubt of this "Online Class". But as we all agree in Technology's
assistance in our life today let's not forget that in any concept there is
disadvantage.
Assignment #3: Demonstration

On the given Learning Material (Lesson 2- Integration of Technology in


Instruction), present and demonstrate a specific technology which can be integrated
in a learning activity.
Demonstration Guidelines:
1. Presentation & Demonstration is group activity (based on your assigned group)
2. Choose a specific learning activity anchored to your field of specialization.
3. On that learning activity, utilize any form of technology that will help make the
learning process more interactive and convey learning to students.
4. Presentation and demonstration could be in a form of role play as to recognize
the role of each member in the group.
5. Each group is given 7-10mins to present and demonstrate (via Google Meet or
Messenger Room)
Note: Make sure to follow the Rubrics
Summary
In our roleplay, we portrayed Reymilyn Tayros as the Teacher, Jamica Tangaro as
the Superintendent, Sofia Mae Guibone and Happy Sweet Casas as the learners.
We chose this style or theme because it is our field of specialization, and the
technology that is being integrated here are Smartphones whereas the teacher and
learners used it to communicate and get on their class, but of course, first, the
parents of the learners we're guided(act). The teacher (Reymilyn) welcomed her
learners, and talk about the situations why can't they go to school and not do a face
to face class, after it the teacher still did the things they do in personal class like
opening prayers and do energizers. Next the teacher discusses a lesson about
"Animals" and after it the teacher gave a learning activity named "Named that
Animal" in where it became more Interactive because the animals that the learners
have seen are moving. For the Ending the learners and the teacher has achieved
advanced collaboration and the learners
made
used of
their
critical
thinking.

What have you learned on the given Learning Materials


and demonstration presented by each group?
From the given learning material and group
demonstration I’ve learn more about the Integration of
Technology in Education on how it is being manifested.
And in by- group demonstration I’ve seen that there are so
many examples on how we are already using a technology
in education or in classroom all in all I am amaze💗
Performance Task

The main objective of this task is to develop the creativity and critical thinking
skills of the students.
is a group task.
Each group is assigned to demonstrate a topic listed below:

>>MS Excel
>>MS Power Point
>>MS Publisher
>>Internet Navigation
Topic must be chosen by the group
Each group must present their topic in a pre-recorded video demonstration or
actual demonstration during the presentation.
Collaboration and proper coordination will help you successfully complete the
task.
Our group was assigned to Microsoft Word.
What is Microsoft Word?
Word or MS-WORD (often called Word) is a Graphical word processing
program that users can type with. It is made by the computer company Microsoft.
Its purpose is to allow users to type and save
documents. Similar to other word processors, it has

helpful tools to make documents.

What is your reflection on each


topic presented tonight?
Every groups presentation really made a good job for
today. And in every Presentations my idea of that certain
software or application has been filled once more. For the
Publication group, I’ve understood that there are so many more
about publisher, I’m glad that they showed every icon for us to
understand. For the Internet Navigation, well the app or software
that they use is chrome, and as we all know that, chrome is
already well known so me for me their presentation is great for
us, their presentation acts like a refreshment for us, especially
on the icons and buttons that they've shown, even they've not
finished it I know they tried their best, signal won’t just
cooperate. And to the last group, which is my, our group, I am
so happy that we made it even there are some technical issues
we still made it. editing the videos was fun and I am so glad that
we shared laughter’s.

What is your reflection on the presented/demonstrated topic?
This was an Oral but I remember my question and it is;
What have you understood in the report of group Excel?

My answer:
We've known Excel as a very tricky application/software in
where there are so many tabs, icons and shortcuts such as codes
to apply. To their report, I am glad that they presented it one by
one, I mean tab by tab and show some examples of codes to
apply.
