To,

                                   The Vice Chancellor / Chairperson,

                                   Regional Admission Committee,
                                   NUMS Secretariat,
  Rawalpindi.

Respected Sir/Ma'am,
With due respect, it is submitted that I am seeking admission in
MBBS 2018-19 Session at QIMS, Quetta Cantt for which I have submitted online
registration and also sent hard-copies by courier (before closing date) as directed by
NUMS (evidences attached). Due to some unavoidable circumstances as well as being
unaware and uninformed of the fact that an admission form was also supposed to be
submitted at QIMS Quetta Cantt, (i.e. before 17th December, 2018), I was therefore
unable to obtain the form and submit it. Now that the date has closed, The QIMS
management doesn't accept my admission and is stating that I can only be
accommodated, if the NUMS allow for admission.
As I fulfill all other criteira, which have been submitted to NUMS
earlier as acknowledged by your good office (copies attached),  it is requested that I
may kindly be allowed to submit an application at QIMS and be granted admission in
MBBS Session 2018-19, on compassionate grounds being a child of an LEA's servant,
please.
I will be highly obliged to you for this kind consideration.

Subject: REQUEST FOR REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES

R/Sir,
With due respect it is submitted that I am a student of MBBS 2 nd
year (of batch 2016-20) at QIMS, Quetta Cantt. Having admission on purely merit and
LEA’s quota basis; and as MBBS being a career of my parents’ desire, I have always
been regular and sincere with my studies. I have successfully completed my 1 st Year
and given exams of 2nd Year, session 2017-18.

2. Now it has come to my notice that I have been declared failed in

‘Physiology’ by 15 marks in my 4 th (last) repeat-attempt in the Supplementary Exams
2018 Session. The obtained numbers in Physiology shown in this attempt were ‘35’
whereas I had obtained ‘47’ marks in the previous attempt. I have been informed by
the Students Affairs department that my career in MBBS has been ended and that in
future I cannot take admission in any medical college of Paksitan. This is indeed a
deep agony for me because my career and future has been destroyed altogether. As I
am a child of a low paid Govt. servant, my admission was accorded on the LEA quota
and during my studies million of rupees have been spent which were arranged by my
parents on loans and savings from his salary. When the same came into notice of my
family, it was more than a catastrophe for them and my mother got hospitalized due
to this deep trauma as this is an irreparable loss done to my career and my parents’
huge investment. I don’t blame anyone for this yet I cannot give up on my parents’
dreams therefore want to pursue for a possible humanitarian support.

3. It is therefore humbly requested to your kindness as being a

competent authority that my case be reviewed on compassionate grounds by your
good self and an order for “rechecking” of my Physiology paper may kindly be issued
whereby I may kindly be declared “pass” in the presumption of sympathy. This
benevolence of yours will enable me to continue again my studies and save my future
which is worth more in front of us than the borne loss of millions. I promise that I will
try my unyielding efforts further in my studies to fulfill the long-standing
expectations of my parents and succeed in my career.

4. I hope that this request will be granted keeping in view the above
stated rationale and will always pray for your highest repute.

Yours Obediently,
