Strengths:
 Attendance & punctuality: Excellent.
 Aware of school policy and the classes timing when starts/ends
 Submitted her lesson plan + lesson resources.
 Khadeeja opened her camera while teaching, she is well prepared, and there is an
interactive teaching background. Great work Khadeeja.

Strengths:

 Khadeeja submitted her lesson plan and teaching resources for the lesson.
 Khadeeja has explained the lesson in details, excellent.

Strengths:

 Khadeeja your voice was clear and loud.


 Khadeeja, the students were very interactive and listening to you.
 Khadeeja, kept the students busy and involved with the class work.
 Khadeeja uses some rewarding words like (excellent, good Job, well-done).
Areas for improvement:

Please use a timer when assign your learner task for all activities, by this way you can manage
timing, I saw using timer for independent task.
Implementing Learning

Strengths:

 Khadeeja, welcomes her class.


 She gives class rules, instructions of getting LMS points, and how to be safe online.
 She plays a video of counting.
 As warm, she introduces a problem and asks the student to think and answer the
problem.
 Then she explains the new words.
 She presents some questions and asks the students to answer.
 She presents a video.
 She asks the students to open book, she asks the students to answers some tasks in the
book.
 She shares the answers too for all the tasks.
 Then she gives the students online activity to do (liveworksheet).
 At the end she asks the student to share answers on the chat box.
 Khadeeja presents exist ticket and self-assessments.

Areas for improvement:

 Khadeeja try to sing with students when you play a video and encourage the students
to sing with you.
 In future, you can use white board and asks the students use to write number and
show you.
Assessment

Strengths:

To assess student’s understanding Khadeeja provides students with different tasks related to
the lesson concept. There are many activities such as missing number, see and show activity

Reflection on Practice

Strengths:

 Khadeeja was able to make very astute observations about her own strengths and
weaknesses! For this reason, I know that her progress will be significant in her future
teaching lesson.
Areas for improvement:

 According to your reflection, you might improve time management skills in future.
