This exercise program was designed this way to help the resident fall into a routine by the time my time at Trine Healthcare was over. As I worked
with them closely as I was an intern, I wanted to create a simple schedule for them to follow when I am no longer there. A way that was simple to
complete, but also targeted the goals that they presented. The intensities and durations were specific to the considerations that were present as it
helps to get them active and exercise, but also making sure that they aren’t being pushed too far to increase any health issues or risks of injury.
This would definitely be more detailed and include so much more if it was a full exercise prescription program plan, but this format worked best
for the resident in regards to an exercise program plan.
